Mình cài đặt và sử dụng bình thường, không gặp phải hiện tượng như của bạn.
Bạn thử khởi động lại Win và cài đặt lại xem thế nào nhé.

trước khi xài Splash PRO mình xài KMF hay ko tốt chuyển qua Splash xem ok  , giao diện cũng đc , mình thích Splash ở chổ giao diện playlist nó đã hơn mấy soft kia , khổ nổi phải chi Splash hổ trợ coi đuôi FLV nhỉ hay là mình chưa bít cách , máy mình xem hết dung lượng HDD , 2 TB h còn 3 GB nên h down FLV về tiết kiệm .

Splash pro không hỗ trợ định dạng Flv bạn ah. Bạn muốn chạy được định dàng Flv thì phải kiểm thêm một soft khác nữa.
Sử dụng splash pro ex này chủ yếu là chạy video HD và full HD xem những video như thế bằng splash pro ex thì nó xuất ra hình ảnh khá đệp mắt. Âm thanh tuy nó không được to bằng những phần mền khác nhưng cũng ok
Nói chung dùng thằng này giao diện đơn giản, dễ dùng

2. Giới thiệu:

Một trong những tính năng rất hay ở Splash mà các phần mềm playback khác ít có, nhưng trong thời gian qua topic cũng không giới thiệu đến nhiều, đó là EXPORT. Vì thế, trước tiên, mình chụp vài tấm hình để các bạn xem qua về tính năng convert đặc thù của Splash PRO EX (đặc biệt là với VGA dòng NVIDIA và Intel QuickSync còn hỗ trợ convert bằng GPU).

Vì VGA của mình hỗ trợ Hardware Acceleration nên dù tiến trình convert ngốn khoảng 60% CPU nhưng ko ảnh hưởng gì đến việc xem video clip hay phim cả, vẫn mượt như thường. Hiện tại Splash mới chỉ hỗ trợ convert sang MP4. Ở các phiên bản tới, có thể Splash PRO EX sẽ hỗ trợ thêm output là MKV, AVI, ...

cái này bạn converter mà phải dùng CPU tới 60% CPU cơ ahf. mình cũng dùng splash bản 1.13.2 (trước là bản 1.13.1) mà cpu cũng chỉ 30%(bao gồm cả khi đang xem video) khi converter thôi.
