and I make myself get used to speaking and chatting in E with mah best friends in a natural way
I also read many English stories, i mean...fanfiction u know haha
i also write some in English to improve my writing skill
that's my way to learn english
and...u should visit many English page

and u just try ti write the new words down a note stick and stick it on where u look at the most
a week later, u'll remember them

I don't think it's rather a good idea to use dictionary all the time ^^
For example, when you see a new word, try to guess the meaning of the word, based on the context.
But when you have tried and failed to do so, use a dictionary.
Moreover, if you search for the meaning of the word and then write it down in order to remember it, it would not help much :))
Tbh, this is how I learn English, minimum use of dictionary

when I was younger, every time I learnt new words by heart, i just wrote them down
Pronouncing with writing help u learn the new words faster
but now I'm used to English so i just read the new words repeatedly and then i remmemer them^^
